Wings Re-Sign Mitchell and Borell; Add Glading

The
Philadelphia Wings have re-signed forwards Jim Borell and David Mitchell to
one-year agreements. The team has
also signed Bill Glading to a two-year agreement.
Borell
recorded 11 points (2G, 9A) in 11 regular season games played and had two
assists in the Wings 2008 first round playoff contest with the Buffalo
Bandits. Mitchell played in six
games with the Wings in 2008 and recorded six points (5G, 1A). Both players will be entering their
second National Lacrosse League season in 2009.
Glading is a graduate of theUniversity of Virginia, where he was a three year
starting midfielder and a member of the 2003 team that won the NCAA
Championship. Glading is currently
a member of Major League Lacrosse’s Washington
Bayhawks.
