PHILADELPHIA WINGS ADD FORWARD ROGER VYSE TO ACTIVE ROSTER
WINGS PLACE FORWARD KEVIN ROSS ON 21 DAY INJURED RESERVE
The Philadelphia Wings, of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), have agreed to terms with Forward Roger Vyse to a one-year agreement for the 2014 season. To make room for Vyse on the active 20-man roster, the Wings placed Forward Kevin Ross on the 21 day injured reserve with an undisclosed injury.
Ross has appeared in four games this season contributing 11 points (five goals, six assists) and collecting 23 loose balls. He is currently sixth on the team in total points this season.
Vyse last played during the 2013 season for the Buffalo Bandits. This will be his first season with the Wings and ninth in the NLL. Vyse has 225 career points (121 assists, 104 goals) and was an NLL All-Star during the 2009 season.
Up next, Philadelphia enters a bye week during week five before resuming play on Saturday, February 1 vs. the Vancouver Stealth at the Wells Fargo Center at 7:30 p.m.
